Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Founded in 2005, XOP designs and manufactures treestands, climbing systems, safety equipment, and hunting accessories for hunters across North America.
As one of the fastest-growing brands in the hunting industry, we're looking for a driven and organized Marketing Coordinator to help support our growing direct-to-consumer business and marketing initiatives.
Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the execution of XOP's marketing, e-commerce, and customer experience efforts. This position works directly alongside the Head of Brand & Growth and serves as the primary point of coordination between XOP and its network of agencies, contractors, content creators, and partners.

Key Responsibilities
Website & E-Commerce
- Manage and maintain the XOP Shopify website
- Create and update product pages, collections, landing pages, and promotions
- Assist with product launches and seasonal campaigns
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Marketing & Project Coordination
- Coordinate projects with XOP's media agency, content creators, and marketing contractors
- Assist with campaign planning, product launches, promotions, and events
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and deliverables are completed on time
- Support marketing initiatives across email, social media, paid advertising, SEO, and content marketing
Customer Experience
- Assist with customer service inquiries and escalation management
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and warranty claims
- Help identify recurring customer issues and opportunities for improvement
- Support loyalty, retention, and customer engagement initiatives
Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain marketing and sales reporting dashboards
- Track website, campaign, and customer metrics
- Assist with reporting from Shopify, Triple Whale, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and other platforms
- Help identify trends and opportunities to improve performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of marketing, e-commerce, customer service, or project coordination experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable learning new software and technology platforms
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Interest in hunting, outdoor recreation, or consumer products is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: $60,000
